"Fishing with Friends" Program
To Aid local Charities & Non-Profits
Flying Fish Fleet program aids local charity/non-profits
In response to the fund raising difficulties encountered by many of the local charities/non-profits, the Flying Fish Fleet has created the “Fishing with Friends” program.
Under this program, we are offering our two large 100 passenger fishing boats to charity and non-profit groups as a means of generating revenue at no cost to the group. Each organization that sells and collects between 25 and 50 tickets for a particular six-hour trip at the regular adult fare of $70.00, retains $25.00 per ticket (e.g. 30 tickets sold = $750.00 for the charity). The retainage increases to $31.25 for ticket sales between 51 and 80 (e.g. 80 tickets sold = $2500.00 for the charity).
In order to qualify for the program a minimum of 25 tickets must be sold and collected. In addition, arrangements are being made with local food banks to receive the fresh fish fillets to benefit the hungry in our area if you select to do so. Regularly scheduled fishing trips can provide a consistent revenue source for the charity/non-profit throughout the year. We hope our program can assist you in your efforts to raise money.
